This week I worked on the Stephenson Room even further! I had noticed that the records on the computer for the Deed of Gift masterlist only went to the end of 2014 -- and so I let Jonathan know and he gave me the updated Deed of Gift lists by year, so I can thoroughly search for the objects based on their description or any indications of previous owners/donors. This makes the process of further organizing these categories even easier than before. However, some of the PDF formats are a little wonky, making it a tiny bit confusing and meticulous. Nonetheless, I still manage to navigate the Deed of Gift lists with ease. I am still adding objects to the box of stuff to go to the Clark House, to avoid many many trips. This type of stuff includes: hats, clothing, and textiles, among other things.

In this process, I have been making a list of the items, where I believe they should be placed, along with their information on their deed of gift (donor, in memory of, description, year/place of origin).

Once my box of Clark House items nears full, I will start yet another process of organizing -- but this time I will be putting the items into Past Perfect, so that they can be moved to their new homes. At the end of the week, I was unable to work in the Stephenson Room, due to it being full of mannequins, making it hard to get back and forth to do my work. They were originally part of one of the museum displays that had to be moved, in order to make room for the Sock Hop event on Friday.
